Softening Hard Hearts - Mark 6:45-56

In this exposition of Mark 6:45-56, we witness Jesus teaching his disciples through a storm at sea. As we journey with the disciples, we're reminded that God often uses life's challenges to soften our hearts and deepen our faith. The miraculous sight of Jesus walking on water serves as a profound revelation of His divine nature. Just as He calmed the storm and encouraged His disciples to 'Take heart; it is I. Do not be afraid,' we can be encouraged by the same words in our own storms of life. This passage challenges us to examine our own hearts - are they hardened like the disciples', or are we open to recognizing Christ's power in our lives?
